  2. To translate classic ecological books in English to Tibetan – Silent Spring, One Straw Revolution and Thinking like a Mountain.
  3. To translate from English to Tibetan Citizen’s Guide to the World Commission on Dams
  4. To conduct a survey to assess the environmental situation of all the southern Tibetan refugee settlements in India, especially Mainpat, which is located next to bauxite mines.
  5. To organize a workshop on Deep Ecology for the staff of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile in Dharamshala.
  6. To ally with the Tibetan Farm Project to disseminate information to the Tibetan farmers on organic farming.
  7. To conduct a thorough problem assessment of the Tibetan farmers in South India for their reasons not to implement the organic farming policy.
  8. To provide training for four Tibetans in water and soil analysis and seed savings.
