- To ally with the Tibetan Farm Project to disseminate information to the Tibetan farmers on organic farming.
- To conduct a thorough problem assessment of the Tibetan farmers in South India for their reasons not to implement the organic farming policy.
- To provide training for four Tibetans in water and soil analysis and seed savings.
